ℹ️ Overview

With the password entry gate, the organizer will assign a password, which he will pass on to those who he wishes to participate in the event. This is not a security measure, as the password is easy to share and no authentication is required. Anyone who knows the password can access the event. Participants in the event will be anonymous unless they create a networking profile (if enabled).

⚙️ How to set up the password gate?

  1. To configure the gate, go to the "Gate" module > "Check in form" > select "Password".

  2. Fill in the information about:

    1. Greeting

    2. Footer (eg. a guide in case of interruptions)

    3. Password (allowed are uppercase and lowercase letters as well as numbers)

  3. Optionally, a dummy data collection form could be added to this gate type. To specify the form inputs required for your setup, contact us through Intercom or support@worksup.com.
