โ„น๏ธ Overview

The organizer preview creates an opportunity to test the features without having to purchase them before the event is made public. The organizer also has the opportunity to test his/her own event both as an administrator and as a participant. The organizer's preview mode creates a better overview of the features without the immediate financial commitment and also gives more confidence in the upcoming event, since you can go through the participants' own journey in your event.

Although the organizer preview mode allows the use of all possible features, they are still not visible to the participants until the corresponding licenses have been purchased.

โš™๏ธ Access to the preview

You can access the organizer's preview mode if you have previously logged in to the admin environment. Then you have to select the desired event and enter it through the "Open in new tab" button, a direct link or the event ID.

Following dialog opens:

NB! Although all features are available for testing, only those features that the organizer has enabled in the admin are visible in the participant view.

The preview mode can be changed both at the gate and inside the event. To change the view inside the event, go to the event menu (in the upper left corner) and select "Switch to attendee/organizer mode".

Active/ inactive licenses

While in the admin environment, labels behind the features indicate whether the given paid add-on has already been purchased or if it is only available for testing.

"Add-on" label gray: missing license

"Add-on" label green: active license

Take-aways report, detailed interactivity report & quiz animations testing

Since both the analytics and the quiz animations require real participants, these features are displayed with mock data. When the corresponding licenses are activated, the dummy data will also disappear.
