Worksup offers the ability to automatically send email notifications to participants when another participant wants to connect with them. Depending on the event, the participant will receive either a new message notification or a message request notification. The feature is included with authentication gates. The Worksup team must be notified if you wish to turn on the feature.

NB! At the moment, personalization of the notification letter is not possible and the notification is in English only.

The participant will receive an email notification if they are not currently active in the event and do not open the message within five minutes. If the participant is online and replies to the message within the first five minutes, they will not receive a notification. The email notification also contains a direct link to the event.
