πŸ› οΈ Creating the workspace

The Workspace menu is located in the bottom left corner. All accounts already have one workspace, under which are all the events they have created so far. By default, it is named "{{organizer name}}'s default workspace".

It's worth noting that when you create a workspace and share it with others, the added member gets access to all events in that workspace. This means that individual already existing events cannot be shared separately. If there is a wish to share access to only one specific event, a separate workspace must be created for this purpose, where this event must be created alone.

To create a new workspace: select your default workspace name from the left menu > "Add a new workspace..." > select a name > press "Create".

πŸ‘‹ Sending invitations

Both, already registered and not yet registered email addresses can be used to send invitations. If the invitee has not been registered yet, instructions for doing so will be displayed in their email invitation. If the invitee has been registered, the invitation email sent to him/her will be personalized.

If you wish to send an invite

You should go to the name of your workspace in the left menu > choose "Settings & members" > "Members" > click "INVITE" and add the desired email address. The "Pending invites" waiting list appears with the e-mails that have received your invitation.

It is also possible to cancel the sent invitation. To do this, scroll down to the pending invites list and press the "Cancel invite" button with a cross next to the email.

NB! You must verify your account before inviting other members. Similarly, members need to verify their account's e-mail address before they can accept the invitation. This prevents unwanted/spoofed accounts from joining your workspace.

If you have been invited to a workspace...

After receiving an invitation, you will be notified by e-mail. Depending on whether or not the user who received the invitation is registered, they will be directed to the next step.

If the user account has been created/already exists, you have to go to "Invites sent to you" (module from the menu on the left of your workspace and accept the invitation. The new workspace then gets added under the default workspace, where you can easily switch between them. ↓
