ℹ️ Overview
With closed access, only those attendees who have been registered by the organizer, can enter the event. Before the event, the organizer will create a list of participants, marking their name and one of the following: email, PID (personal identification number) or ticket code. The registration list is loaded into the Worksup environment. A registered participant can get access to the event by entering their identification at the gate.
💡 Use case
Closed access is wise to use if the organizer wants to have control over who is taking part in the event.
Closed access makes it more convenient for event attendees, as they do not have to register themselves or fill out a profile, but instead everything is done for them.
⚙️ How to set up a closed access gate?
NB! Independently, the organizer can only set up a closed access gate with email authentication.
